After the live reading, "Lift" won the prize for best screenplay in the DC Shorts Screenplay Competition! Scott is honored to have been a part of the reading of this great script.
Scott has been cast as Adam in the live reading of the short film screenplay "Lift", which is the final step of the DC Shorts Screenplay Competition at the DC Shorts Film Festival. "Lift" tells the story of a normal elevator ride that turns into something much more when Charlotte runs into her father whom she has not seen in ten years--Adam is Charlotte's boyfriend and the only other character in this moving short.
